<Assign a day for arrival>
  • 到着日の指定はできません。
  • We cannot accept requests for arrival on specialize dates.
  • 発送完了し次第、お客様に発送完了の通知と、ニュージーランドポストの領収書番号をお知らせいたします。商品発送後の配送状況につきましては、 直接ニュージーランドポストへお問い合わせていただく形になります。
    We will notify you via E-mail of sending confirmation and the receipt number of New Zealand post when your order is shipped. After your order has been shipped, sending responsibility will pass to New Zealand Post. Please contact with New Zealand post directly with their receipt number for any future query about delivery.

    • $10 up to 20items
    • More than 20items, add $5 every 10items

<Payment method>
  • 銀行振込またはChequeでのお支払いとなります。
  • We accept only bank deposit or cheque for payment.
  • 商品の在庫を確認した後、口座番号と店の住所ともにEmailを送信いたします。
  • We will send an email with our bank account details and postal address, after we double-check the stock.
  • 銀行振込ご希望のお客様は指定された口座番号にお振込下さい。
    ※リファレンスの欄にお客様のOrder Numberを忘れずにご記入下さい。
  • If you prefer to pay by bank deposit, please deposit to the bank account on the email.
    Please ensure your order number is included in the reference field so we can identify your payment.
  • Chequeでお支払いご希望のお客様はEmailに記載されている住所までChequeの郵送をお願い致します。
  • If you prefer to pay by Cheque, please post to the address on the email.


  • 商品のレシートを同梱いたしますので、領収書としてご利用下さい。
  • We will send the items receipt with pack.
  • レシートの再発行は一切承っておりませんのであらかじめご了承下さい。
  • Please understand that we can't re-issue the receipt.


<Returns policy>
  • お客様のご都合による商品の返品は一切受け付けておりませんのでご了承下さいませ。
  • We cannot accept returned items unless they are defective or damaged.
  • トラブルや不具合のある商品の返品 Return of defective or damaged items.
  • 商品にトラブルや不具合があった場合、商品発送日から30日以内に限り、交換、または返品を承ります。(一部商品を除く)
    We accept the return of defective or damaged items only when returned within 30 days. ( There will be no refunds for parts of items.)
    返送時の送料はDAISO $3 Japanが負担します。不具合のあった商品代金も返金いたします。
    In the case of damaged items, we will refund both the item cost and the cost of return delivery.  
  • 返品期間を過ぎてからの商品の返品は一切承っておりませんので、商品到着後は速やかに商品の状態をご確認下さい。 We cannot accept return of items more than 30 days after delivery. Please check the delivered items as soon as you have received the pack.
  • 返品期間:商品発送日後30日以内
  • Terms of return: Within 30 days after you have received the sending confirmation by E-mail.
  •   上記の返品期間を過ぎた商品の返品はお受けできません。返品期間を過ぎてから商品を返送された場合、お客様のご負担にて商品を送り先に返送させていただくか、破棄させていただく場合もあります。
    We accept the return of defective or damaged items only when returned within 30 days.
    If you return items after 30 days, we will send them back to you at your expense, or we will dispose of the items.
  • 返品手続き How to return
    1. Please email to us from 'contact us'. (Please indicate the defect or damage of the items, your account number & receipt number. Also, please attach a photo image.)
    2. We will inform you whether your claim is acceptable.
    3. After your claim has been processed, please send the item back to us by New Zealand Post (Parcel) Please keep the New Zealand Post receipt until your refund has been completed.
    4. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
